In the heart of the gardens of the hotel, Le Pavillon promises you the discovery : a different, audacious cuisine, which revisites the Mediterranean food.
Jean-Paul Cudennec, behind the restaurant's stove of the Pavillon distinguish himself thanks to his precise and audacious cuisine. He doesn't only cook, as an artist he invents. He creates flavors, concepts and perfect blends which transform dishes into memories.

On the menu :
Mediterranean monkfish, brocoli mash, morels, vegetables.
Irish organic Angus black beef tenderloin, green asparagus, fondant potatoes with summer truffle sauce.
Granny apple, apple mousse, cider soufflé, light vanilla cream, granny smith apple sorbet.

Come meet a talented and renowned Chef in a relaxed setting to share a gustatory adventure.
Whether you are a beginner or have an advanced level, our courses adjust to your needs and wants.
Our cooking atelier is a place to experiment with seasonal produce. A choice between a meat menu (lamb, duck foie gras…) and a sea menu (seafood, daily-caught fish) is offered.
Chef Pierre-Alain Garnier and his team welcomes you in his kitchen and is eager to share his passion for gastronomy and to reveal some delicious tricks.

Half-day cooking lesson formula :
- Half-day (9am-2pm) or (5pm-10pm) :
 Full menu (Starter, main course, dessert) realized by yourself with the guidance of the Chef
 Workshop starts from 9.30am or 5pm and ends at 12am or 7.30pm
 Written recipe of the menu
 From 12 to 2pm or 8pm to 10pm, you will taste your own menu at our gastronomic restaurant Le Pavillon.
