Some walks for everyone...
At Fort Carré (tel : 06 14 89 17 45), there are studio visits and an easy walk, among olive trees and other mediterranean plants.
Opposite, Millionaires' Quay holds some of the most beautiful boats in the world, where you can cycle or have a dip in the water in Gravette beach next to it, then take a stroll along the ramparts which overlook the port.
The Tirepoil path goes round the cap d'Antibes and needs good walking shoes, but is well worth the effort.
Riddle: Why is this path called Tirepoil?
Because it is dotted with little pointed rocks that can scrape your skin, the word comes from the Provencal “tira péu”.
ATTENTION: Find out the weather report before leaving.
