  • Since 1958, La Gravette has become the destination spot for all lovers of sea breams, sea basses, monkfish, John Dory, prawns, squids, and red mullets... In over half a century, three generations of Barales have succeeded to each other in order to offer fish lovers authentic menus and a typically Provençal cuisine. Every morning, local fishermen supply the restaurant, located across Antibes port. La Gravette takes advantage of its close proximity to Antibes Provençal market to buy other products. Freshness and flavours are part of the menu! With the fish caught during the night, Chef Thierry Barale prepares his famous fish soup, a recipe that has been transmitted from father to son.
