    The Eden Park residence is a haven of peace just a short walk from the centre of Juan-les-Pins and the beaches.
    Set within 4.5 hectares of wooded grounds, the residence features a large heated swimming pool (April to June and from September until 15 October), a club house with showers and toilets, drinks and snack vending machines, and table football, as well as two tennis courts and table tennis tables.
    Security guard on duty during the week and at weekends. 24 hours a day in July and August.

    Bed linen and towels for one bed (2 people) are included; for the second bed, there is an additional charge of €40 for a set of bed linen and towels.
