- From January to March and October to December
In Antibes:
Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Closed on Sundays in January and November.
In Juan-les-Pins:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- From April to June and in September
Both offices : Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Sundays from 9am to 1pm.
- In July and August
Both offices : Monday to Sunday from 9am to 7pm

In order to welcome customers while meeting the current sanitary requirements, the Antibes Juan-les-Pins Tourism & Convention Bureau has taken the following sanitary measures :
- Mandatory mask-wearing for both tourist advisors and visitors
- Floor markings for physical distancing

- Directions indicated to ensure a one-way flow
- Plexiglass protection set up on the counters
- Contactless payment methods are encouraged
