Wine tasting classes

Xavier, former head sommelier at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, will share his passion, his favourites and his experience with you. Fleur & Mark will welcome you to their warm and friendly establishment.
These courses aim to share sensory experiences in a simple, friendly format, taking you on a journey through France and its terroirs. We will learn how to analyse and taste different types of wine.
