The streets concerned are within the area bounded by Boulevard Charles Guillaumont, Rue des Iles, Avenue Guy de Maupassant, Avenue Amiral Courbet, Avenue Louis Gallet, Avenue Alexandre III, Avenue du Maréchal Joffre, the lower section of Boulevard Wilson, Boulevard Edouard Baudoin and Avenue du Dr Dautheville -
