Initiated by chef Jacques Maximin in 2007 and taken over by Frédéric Ramos in 2019, «la Pétanque des Toquets» brings together Chefs de Cuisine, Chefs Pâtissiers, their teams, the professions of the restaurant room, Sommeliers, Suppliers, etc., around a petanque contest punctuated by a lunch buffet composed by all the dishes brought by each participants. This year, «la Pétanque des Toquets» opens to the general public by organizing a cooking contest reserved for Toquet Amateurs! Each Toquet amateur will be invited to share the large buffet of Toquet chefs. Cooking lovers will have to cook in connection with the theme of the 2020 edition namely «the emblematic products of Jacques Maximin» (Cod, Sardine, Duck, Pigeon, Courgette Fleur, Artichoke Country, Peach, Fig, Garlic, Basil). The contest takes place in two parts.
