    - «Geological and Landscape Discovery of Cap d'Antibes»

    Since the start, Garoupe beach and return to the same place, is proposed a heritage reading of the geological landscape to tell how over 200 million years, the terrestrial and marine relief was formed at the same time as that of the Alps and the Mediterranean and how this history resulted in the current topography with its consequences on the environment and in particular on the flora...

    Since the start, Garoupe beach and return to the same place, is proposed a heritage reading of the geological landscape to tell how over 200 million years, the terrestrial and marine relief was formed at the same time as that of the Alps and the Mediterranean and how this history resulted in the current topography with its consequences on the environment and in particular on the flora and fauna.
    The reading of the landscape is accompanied by a discovery of the rocks visible along the trail (sedimentary and volcanic) with a summary of their formation, evolution and intense erosion they undergo and their impact on terrestrial and marine vegetation.

    - "Naturalistic outings" on the natural areas of Fort Carré and Bois de la Garoupe!

    During the various visits to the natural spaces of the City of Antibes Juan-les-Pins, and through the story of the animator, the public will be able to discover the different habitats and all the animal and plant species they shelter (insects, mammals, birds, reptiles, plants, etc.).

    Each visit lasts approximately 2h30 followed by interactions with the public through a dialogue in the form of questions and answers. These naturalistic outings are aimed at the general public (from 7 to 77 years old) curious about nature and the environment.
    Do not forget: Basketball/ Walking shoe, water bottle, cap, sunscreen.
