Not only is Jean-Paul Veziano a baker, he's also a philosopher whose fame and charisma crossed the borders of our region a long time ago. He thinks, therefore he bakes. Internationally famous, know-how and an imagination without limits, his bakery has been passed from father to son or daughter since 1924. His famous breads recently accompanied the meal following the royal wedding in Monaco.
Some local specialities: pissaladière, chard pie and orange blossom fougasse.
