Les Terraillers

A few meters from the village of Biot, a pretty character building from the 16th century, old pottery with stone walls, houses the elegant restaurant Les Terraillers, a name that evokes the work of the potters who made the dishes in "terraille" according to the Provençal tradition. This graceful arched house with exposed stones, on an old terracotta floor and whose original oven has been converted into a private room, is beautifully decorated with works of art by local artists. Outside, the terrace arranged under the arbor and its generous vine, a real spectacle in summer, when the grapes are mature, is a haven of peace where sculptures and creations of master glassmakers echo the lush vegetation and stone walls.
